Elena refused again.
Then someone vandalized Elena’s car.
Victoria denied ordering it.
No evidence she did.
Important.
But she used the fear.
She emailed:

That was cruel enough.
Then she paid a private investigator to monitor Elena.
Not to harm her.
To know where she lived.
That surveillance later terrified Elena into moving again.
